I work with the coffee brand on a variety of projects, including monthly emails, sell sheets, blogs, app content and notifications, web content and menu displays. I was instrumental in rebranding and refreshing the Caribou Perks loyalty program, including concepting taglines and refining messaging, as well as cascading updates to the corresponding app.
